35-09116 Aggregate Crushing Value Apparatus / TFV As described in BS812, the ACV equipment comprises of a 150mm diameter steel cylinder, plunger and baseplate. The ACV is used to determine the crushing properties of aggregates. A smaller 75mm diameter set is also available for aggregates smaller than 10mm The same equipment used for aggregate crushing value analysis is used for the Ten Percent Fines Vale test, though the testing methods differ.
